• Technical support to a large, varied user group: school staff, students
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot equipment and software...
• Computers, printers, scanners, projectors, smart boards, wireless devices
Required
• Tech troubleshooting skills
• IT support in a large environment
• Great listening and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle frequent interruptions
• Bonus: experience working in a school / education environment
