Position

• Oversee operations of IT field engineering support
• Lead, coach, and mentor managers and employees• Build partnerships with vendors and hold them accountable
• Ensure optimal IT support experience throughout all locations
• Develop policies, procedures, KPIs, and manage performance
• Meet business timelines, establish and measure required SLAs
• Vehicle travel to sites in Ohio, overnight travel to sites outside Ohio
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, portability, and performance• Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Oversee performance management, professional development, and succession planning
