$50,000 to $60,000 + 15% bonus
On-site in Brook Park, Ohio
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Position
• Monitor, process, and validate inbound and outbound EDI transactions...
• 850 Purchase Orders, 810 Invoices, 856 Advance Ship Notices
• Troubleshoot and resolve transaction errors
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery
• Maintain transaction logs, audit trails, and EDI requirement documentation
• Work with partners and service provider to onboard new EDI connections
• Use EDI mapping and translation software to configure transaction formats
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce transaction errors
Required
• 100% on-site
• Data validation, coordination
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, collaboration
• Understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12
• Familiarity with EDI mapping tools and software is a plus
• Ability to pass background check, drug and nicotine screening
