• New customer onboarding and ongoing software training
• Categorize support requests as: Training, Break-fix, Bugs, or Improvements
• Provide solutions and train users on software features
• Escalate tickets to supervisor or route to other teams
• Follow-up with customers to confirm resolution
• Provide updates on upcoming feature releases
