Position
• Manage a team of IT Field Support Engineers who support computers, printers, scanners, projectors, smart boards, mobile devices, etc.
• Lead and mentor direct reports to increase job satisfaction and performance
• Use the help desk ticketing system to support site operations
• Establish hardware and software maintenance procedures
• Site visits for equipment inventory and procurement
• Ensure consistent customer-centric service
• Respond to support escalations promptly

Required
• Management experience
• Degree preferred but not required
• Experience with a wide variety of technical support
• IT support in a school / education environment is ideal
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on listening, and asking questions
• Experience with installation and support of a large dispersed user base
• Successful track record leading, managing and motivating staff
• Ability to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
