Compensation
• Base salary + uncapped commissions
• 1st year expectation:  $70,000 to $80,000
• 2nd year expectation:  $80,000 to $125,000
• Top reps currently:  $200,000 to $300,000
• Commission % increases as you learn

• Your own private office with a door in a brand new office building
• Outbound phone calls and emails to prospective customers
• Listen, inform, generate interest, qualify, follow-up, close deals
• Continuous research, planning, development and quota achievement  

Desired background
• Track record of achieving quota
• Equipment sales experience is a bonus
• Knowledge of injection molding or extrusion or CNC or thermoforming or blow molding is a bonus
