Summary
The VoIP Engineer will provide design, installation, and management services to ensure all technology and telecom systems are maintained and operational. We are seeking a passionate system administration engineer who can work across multiple voice and video platforms.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with leadership to ensure solutions meet the necessary business requirements
• Deploy and support telephony / network software and hardware across multiple locations
• Account creation, termination, management of user access, and support for all VoIP environments (e.g., RingCentral)
• Implement and support logging, alerting, and monitoring tools to check and ensure platform uptime and performance
• Build strategic relationships with internal counterparts and external vendors, holding them accountable for delivery

Required
• Must live within 35 miles of Independence, Ohio
• Identity Access Management best practices
• Ability to analyze and optimize existing processes
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks (FBI / BCI)
