Role
• Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and reliability
• Support on-premises AD integrated with Microsoft Entra ID
• Manage hybrid-joined and cloud-joined devices
• Manage IAM and user identity lifecycle
• GPO-to-Intune profile conversions
• Manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune
• Device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments
• Device enrollment, lifecycle management, and remote troubleshooting
• Implement and maintain security controls to protect sensitive data
• Endpoint security, patching, vulnerability remediation, and access controls
• Assist with security audits, risk assessments, and incident response
• Provide escalated support to resolve complex system and device issues
• Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and procedures
• Train staff on system use, security best practices, and new technologies
• Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure planning and modernization initiatives
• Recommend and implement system improvements to enhance reliability, security, and scalability
• Stay current with Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint management trends, and cybersecurity best practices
• Occasional after hours support

Required
• Systems administration
• Windows Server, Active Directory, M365
• Hybrid AD / Microsoft Entra ID environments
• Managing hybrid-joined and Entra-joined devices
• Group Policy to Microsoft Intune migrations
• Microsoft Intune device and application management
• Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls
