Position
* Technical support and troubleshooting
* Desktops, laptops, phones, software, hardware
* Outlook, O365 / M365, Wireless networks, printers
* Migrate data from cloud or from one device to another
* Prioritize tickets based on severity and urgency
* Detection and removal of viruses and malware
* Create and modify user accounts and access
* Escalate issues to other engineers
* Technical apprenticeship for career advancement

Desired Knowledge / Experience
* Experience working for a MSP
* Self-motivated & reliable
* Effective communication skills
* Degree or certifications are a bonus
