• Report to CTO
• Lead the architecture and software engineering teams
• Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and technical evolution
• Responsible for enterprise architecture, solution design, integrations
• Establish engineering strategy and set technical direction and priorities
• Identify, hire, develop and promote Directors, Managers, Team Leads
• Drive the continued modernization of toward a modern architecture
• Manage budgets to ensure investments align with strategy and roadmap
• Establish clear expectations, performance measures, and accountability
Qualifications
• IT leadership
• SaaS, Azure
• Enterprise software
• Software architecture
• Management of multiple teams
• Experience modernizing applications
