Field IT Technician
$20 to $25 per hour W2
Cleveland, Ohio

Overview
• Two weeks PTO

• 100% on-site in the Cleveland area

• Pay is every Friday for the previous week

• Anthem medical, Anthem dental, Anthem vision, life, 401k match, college tuition benefit program

Role
• Talk in-person with customers regularly

• Listen, communicate, and provide technical support
• Respond to inquiries promptly, create tickets, document solutions

• Install, configure, and support computers, projectors, smart boards, printers, scanners, and wireless devices

Required
• Must be very personable, able to speak with people in-person

• Knowledge of computers, software and basic networking
• Listening, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Criminal background check clearance
• Bonus: IT support at a school
